See the whole cost before you pick a vendor.
B2B Fees helps local service and ecommerce businesses choose the right software and services, and see what they will really pay, including the parts that are priced as extra.
Why it exists
The price on a vendor's website is rarely the number on your bill. Setup charges, per-user fees, usage limits, add-ons you need on day one, and fees that only appear after you sign all change the real cost.
We read each vendor's own pricing and terms and lay out the whole cost in plain words, so you can compare like with like and pick with your eyes open.
What we cover
We start with four areas that most small businesses end up buying.
- Field service softwareFor trades and home service companies that quote, schedule and invoice jobs.
- AI receptionistsFor businesses that lose work when nobody answers the phone.
- FulfillmentFor ecommerce brands that store, pack and ship orders.
- PaymentsFor businesses that take cards in person and online.
Each area gets its own guides, one at a time, once every number has been checked against the vendor's own page. Canadian pricing will have its own section.
How we work
We use what the vendor publishes. When a price is not published, we say so instead of guessing.
Some vendors pay us a referral fee when a reader signs up. That never changes what we say about their cost.
Who runs it
B2B Fees is run by SyncSpark Solutions Inc. in Richmond, British Columbia. Ian Chang is the founder. SyncSpark also builds websites that help local businesses get found and contacted, at syncspark.ca.
